One of the requirements of that certification, created as part of House Bill 3650, was the establishment of a Community Advisory Council to represent plan participants to the WVCH Board of Directors.

We are actively searching for Community Advisory Council applicants. If you would like to be considered feel free to request an application at 503-587-5100 or email We will hold applications for up to one year. Please check back at this site for any changes.
