The Oregon Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) will be down for system maintenance between 9 p.m. Sunday and 4 a.m. Monday on the weekends of December 2, December 9 and December 23.
The Provider Web Portal at https://www.or-medicaid.gov, the OR-MMIS EDI server, Automated Voice Response at 866-692-3864 and the Oregon Medicaid fee-for-service pharmacy point of sale (POS) system will also be unavailable during this time.
If there are issues after this work is completed, or if the downtime changes, we will let you know.
How to Register for the WVCH Provider Portal.
All provider offices that see WVCH members can access the secure Clinical Integration Manager (CIM) once they are registered.
To register as a new user, please call Support at (503) 584-2169, and select Option 2.
Once You're Registered:
Once registered and activated by Support, you may then directly register other users in your office.
Each user of CIM in your office will require a unique username and password.

Providers may initiate a real-time ANSI x12 270 eligibility request to query coverage information from WVCH on members for whom services are scheduled or have already been delivered. In real time mode, a provider transmits a 270 request and remains connected while the receiver processes the transaction and returns a 271 response.
The information included in the 271 response is not intended to provide a complete representation of all benefits, but rather to address the status of eligibility.
The data included in the 271 response and displayed on the web portal is to be considered true and accurate at the particular time of the transaction. Further questions regarding eligibility data for WVCH members should be directed to WVCH customer service by calling: (844) 319-9343 (TTY/TDD 711).
